Lluís Casabona-Cendra awarded the Best Talk at the 4th Research and Outreach Doctoral Conference of the University of Barcelona

Congratulations to Lluís Casabona-Cendra, who received the Best Monologue Award at the 4th UB Doctoral Research and Outreach Day, held on 10 April at the Historic Building of the University of Barcelona.

The event brought together more than 200 PhD candidates and attendees, highlighting the quality, diversity and social relevance of the research being carried out across the university. This year’s programme featured 87 scientific posters and 53 research outreach presentations designed to communicate complex scientific topics to a broad audience.

Lluís received the award for his engaging presentation on organic transistors, in which he introduced their fundamental properties, potential applications and the research he is currently conducting in this field.

This recognition highlights not only the scientific quality of his work, but also his ability to communicate research in a clear, accessible and compelling way.
